The Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTF) support the school through fundraising projects. All parents are automatically members of the PTFA when their child starts school. The committee hold monthly meetings to discuss fundraising projects. New committee members are always warmly welcomed.
This year we have introduced a termly film night (Y2-6) and Cartoon club (for YF and Y1). We have continued with Hot Dog Fridays once a month during the warmer months. We have also done Easter egg rolling and decorating competitions. We have a termly disco, winter and summer fair. All of the money raised goes back into funding equipment, trips and events for the children. This year we have funded the cost of coaches for trips, outdoor learning equipment, sheds, play equipment and shelters for YF and are currently waiting on planning permission for an outdoor pagoda style classroom to provide shelter and enhance outdoor learning opportunities. We would love you to be part of our small yet dedicated team.
Some parents are unable to attend committee meetings but are more than willing to help out at events such as the discos and fayres.
